the staffs, very friendly and helpful. the cleanness of the room. I particularly appreciate a handsome young boy working in the front desk on the morning of 14th, who helped us to check in for the flight. He is so helpful and skillful at computer. Without his help we could not fulfill the requirement by the flight. After successful check in for the flight, he also printed a hard copy for us. We feel truly thankful for him. Besides him, other front desk ladies were also willing to help and polite. The hotel staff look have a good training.

Rooms are comfortable, and the size is excellent. Staff was nice to us, everything from check-in to check out. They even allowed us to park there for a few minutes while we settled in our room. They also stored our luggage for a whole day on our last day because the flight was late at night. Big plus for the staff. Value was great for a 4-star hotel.The locationn is good. You have a public transport station close by, and it takes a little bit to get to the center by foot.

Very good hotel. The location was good not too far to resturants shops etc. Lovely and clean and staff very helpful.good buffet selection at breakfast. Would stay again .

Overall great rooms, pretty basic however everything was in perfect order. Spent 4 nights, no complaints throughout the stay. Bus stop in front of the hotel, lightrail and grocery stores a 5 min walk away so overall fine location to get around town.

Breakfast excellent, location an easy walk from station, all hotel clean and staff friendly and helpful . Shower and washroom exceptional. We liked everything except air conditioning see below.
